Sponsored events make a big difference

We are always on the lookout for adventurous people to take part in a sponsored event to raise funds for WVI. Now it's even easier to raise money for our cause, using our online sponsorship facility at www.justgiving.com/wvi.

A fantastic amount of money has already been raised by WVI supporters, who have completed challenges including the Great North Run, a Land's End to John O'Groats cycle ride, and a Three Peaks hill walk. But your sponsored event does not have to be part of a large, organised event - you can also set up a page for a personal goal you are working towards - losing weight, giving up smoking or shaving off your hair!

Every sponsor has the chance to leave a personal message along with their donation, so you can see who is behind you giving you support.

Best of all, the money raised comes directly to us in the most tax efficient way possible - no more chasing people for their sponsorship money after the event.
